Migration concerns, answered
Will we lose any data during migration?
No. We run a parallel period of 2–3 weeks where both systems operate simultaneously. You validate everything before you cut over.
Do we need to stop production?
No. The migration happens in the background. Your team keeps working normally in your existing system until you're ready to switch.
We're mid-way through an ERP implementation - can we still switch?
Yes. We've helped factories exit implementations that stalled. If you haven't gone live yet, switching to Hestia will almost certainly be faster.
What happens to our old system after we go live?
It stays accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After that, you decide whether to cancel it - we won't pressure you either way.
Is migration included in the Hestia price?
Standard data migration is included for factories under 50 users. Larger or more complex migrations are quoted separately - always transparently, always upfront.
